THE MENTORING PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Professional development seminars for Mentors and Mentees in first 2 months

  • Weekly calls and monthly face to face meetings between mentors and mentees

  • Quarterly networking and professional development opportunities

  • A Mentoring Coach to maximize support and connectivity

WHO CAN HAVE A MENTOR?

Potential mentees should meet most of the following criteria: 

  • Youth or Adult

  • In conflict or at-risk of being in conflict with the law

  • Preparing for work, training or education

  • Committed to the mentoring program
     

WHO CAN BECOME A MENTOR?

Potential mentors should meet most of the following criteria:

  • Past the program screening process

  • Is willing to commit for at least 1 year

  • Similar lived experience to the mentees

  • Connections to community, if possible
